L13~C laser-specific high-purity nitrogen generator (one for nine models) L13~C PSA high-flow nitrogen generator is developed for medium and large-scale laser welding production lines. It has stable nitrogen output 13Nm³/h, rated purity 99.99%, and the highest purity can reach 99.999%. It has sufficient gas volume to realize one-to-nine centralized gas supply, and supports 9 1500W handheld laser welding machines for uninterrupted synchronous operation. ⚠️Important reminder: This machine is only a nitrogen production host, not an all-in-one machine. It does not include an air compressor and a cold dryer. When used, it must be equipped with an air compressor and a refrigerated dryer to stably supply 7~8bar dry and clean compressed air. During the welding process, 99.99% or above high-purity nitrogen forms a continuous inert protective gas curtain to isolate oxygen, effectively improve defects such as yellowing, blackening, pores, cracks and other defects in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, and carbon steel welds, and improve the appearance and yield rate of welded products. The equipment is powered by 220V/50Hz mains power and does not require 380V industrial power supply; the nitrogen output pressure is steplessly adjusted in a wide range 1~6.5bar, adapting to the mainstream handheld laser welding gas supply parameters; the equipment air inlet condition is 7~8bar, and the air inlet temperature is ≤45℃, which can adapt to the long-term continuous operation conditions of the factory. The overall size of the machine is 80100185cm, the net weight is 248KG, and it adopts a heavy-duty integrated cabinet. It is equipped with a large-sized adsorption tower, a stable pressure gas storage system, and a standardized pipeline layout. The front side integrates digital display purity monitoring instruments and multi-channel pressure gauges to monitor purity and air pressure status in real time, with stable operation and long maintenance cycle. Centralized on-site nitrogen production, unified pipeline distribution to each welding station, eliminating the need for transportation and turnover of a large number of high-pressure gas bottles, eliminating safety hazards in gas cylinder stacking, and significantly reducing gas costs under large-scale production.
