L2~C laser supporting high-purity nitrogen generator (one for two models) L2~C PSA high-purity nitrogen generator is developed for multi-station handheld laser welding scenarios. It has stable nitrogen output 2.5Nm³/h, rated purity 99.99%, and the highest purity can reach 99.999%. It has sufficient gas volume, can supply gas simultaneously one to two, and supports two 1500W handheld laser welding machines for continuous welding operations at the same time. Important note: This machine is only a nitrogen-generating host, an integrated nitrogen-generating unit, and does not include an air compressor or cold dryer. Before use, it must be equipped with a separate air compressor and refrigerated dryer to provide a dry and clean 7~8bar compressed air source. During welding operations, 99.99% or above high-purity nitrogen forms an inert protective layer to isolate oxygen, prevent blackening, yellowing, and pores in stainless steel and aluminum alloy welds, and greatly improve the appearance quality of the weld. The standby power consumption of the equipment is as low as 20W. It can be powered by ordinary 220V/50Hz mains power, without the need for industrial 380V dedicated lines. The nitrogen output pressure 1~6.5bar is steplessly adjusted, perfectly matching the handheld laser welding gas supply standard. The equipment requires air inlet pressure 7~8bar and air inlet temperature ≤45℃. The body size is 523993cm, the net weight is 48KG, and it is equipped with universal movable casters. It can be moved and placed flexibly. It can be arranged nearby the welding station to divert air supply. The panel is equipped with a multi-channel pressure gauge to monitor air pressure in real time, with stable operation and simple maintenance. Producing nitrogen on-site eliminates the need for frequent transportation and replacement of gas cylinders, avoids hidden safety hazards in high-pressure gas cylinder storage, and lowers long-term gas costs. It is widely used in dual-station handheld laser welding, hardware precision welding, and small laser processing workshops.
